Excavations at Kingshill North revealed late Neolithic pits with rare Grooved Ware, feasting remains, and exotic flint and axe fragments. Beaker burials showed non-local origins. Later Bronze and Iron Age pits, structures, and burials marked evolving settlement, abandoned by the 1st century AD, with only limited later activity.
