Cam "JAG" Mitchell is a no nonsense, straightforward lawyer. If he can see it and touch it it's real, otherwise it's all in your imagination. He spent years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a JAG lawyer and thanks to the military he was able to finish his education when he couldn't afford to do it otherwise. Now with a daughter, he's left the military and is the lawyer for the War Angels MC in Vernon. He didn't realize there was anything missing in his life until he met Mysty. When he finds her unconscious on her bathroom floor he has to wonder what he's gotten himself into. Mystic Clarke was raised by hippies, her mother was raised by hippies. She is proudly a third generation hippy, but she's also a lawyer. While she never planned to live the slower paced farm life her parents had chosen, she did prefer a simpler life. As a lawyer for Legal Aide her entire life revolved around helping people. She didn't believe the world operated in only black and white but in the multiple shades of grey in between. Can she show Cam how free the shades of grey can be? Or will they both be thrown into the black when a threat from her father's past comes back to haunt them?
