The Lost World
Arthur Conan Doyle
Edward Malone, a youthful columnist for the Daily Gazette, asks his manager for a risky task to intrigue the lady he cherishes, Gladys, who wants for an extraordinary man fit for bold deeds and activities. His errand is to move toward the infamous Professor Challenger, who disdains the famous press seriously and truly attacks meddlesome writers. The subject is to be his new South American undertaking which, encircled by debate, ensures an unfriendly response. As an immediate methodology would be quickly rebuked, Malone rather takes on the appearance of a sincere understudy. On gathering the educator he is surprised by his scary build, however accepts his ploy is succeeding. Seeing through the disguise, at that point affirming Malone's logical information is non-existent, Challenger emits out of resentment and persuasively tosses him out. Malone acquires his regard by declining to squeeze accuses of a police officer who saw his savage launch into the road.
