The Multi-Colored Flower
Daphne Stockman
This is a story about a garden of flowers which needed to breathe its sweet fragrance in the morn, adding to the ruddy colors of the dawn. There were roses and daffodils, dahlias and lotus, cherry blossoms and gardenia, primroses and daisies. These were dandelions and buttercups as well as lilies and violets. Each had its own bed and bloomed ever so perfectly at the loving and caring hands of the gardener wo even spoke to them. However they grew in separate beds, focused on how beautiful their appearance ought to be for people to admire. This situation caused much dissatisfaction among the flowers as the expectations and pride of each bed of flowers rose to a pointy of envy.
