You Were Meant for Me

Set against the backdrop of the lakes and rivers of East Tennessee, this is the tale of man who spends his life pining for the two women who come in and out of his life, alternately destroying him and saving him. The nameless narrator climbs from a wreck one day to find himself at the center of a murder investigation and finds himself remembering the past 14 years of his life, his teenage years, his first love, his career as a newspaper reporter and the women who shaped him.
