Annie's Faith: a Search for Meaning

Annie, a career-minded Wharton MBA, moves her life-search into fast-forward upon discovering a malignant tumor in her breast. She resigns her career, sells all possessions, follows her heart, and sets out to find true meaning. Annie's first destination: Oswiecim, Poland where she finds herself within the barbed wire confined ruins of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp in the cold and snowy dead of winter. What follows is a spiritual journey of adventure, teachings, coincidence, farewells, and reunions that takes Annie around the world. By trusting her conviction, Annie's search evolves into unlearning the religious differences, peeking behind the sacred curtain of faith to remove the holy barriers that divide us. In her final year of life, Annie experiences a lifetime of learning, truth, friendship, and love.
