When Captain Ronny Wallace is called out to the scene of the crime, he is painfully reminded of his first case as a rookie and the woman whose life he could not save. As the investigation continues, Ronny is devastated as he realizes that this latest case is somehow connected to his first case nearly fifteen years ago.
