Jesus's miracles of healing were powerful attractions that caused great multitudes to assemble at the rumor of his coming. Consequently, in every town and village where Jesus was expected, people gathered all of the sick and infirm in one place where Jesus would heal them. Although Jesus was always willing to minister to the needs of the sick as a first priority, miracles of healing have not been given the same degree of importance in the modern-day church. Jesus said that all that believed on him should do the works (miracles of healing) that he did. But most churches in America do not have a specific ministry of healing. I believe that the basic obstacles to healing in the church are related to theological and doctrinal errors, which create doubts about Jesus's divinity, thus generating lack of faith in miracles and unbelief. This book is a critical analysis of Jesus's healing ministry and the essential place it holds in his gospel.
