The Enigma of Atlntida

Spanish musicologist Andrés Ruiz Tarazona, who studied Piano and Music with Angel Martín Pompey and Art and Music History with Sopeña, Gaya, and Nuño Azcárate, has published numerous studies on music and frequently collaborates with major newspapers and journals, working also as a music critic for El País. He is a regular contributor to Scherzo, Ritmo, Melómano and Diverdi magazines. He founded the magazine Aria and has worked with RNE (Spanish National Radio), Radio Clásica and Televisión Española, where he has presented and directed various music programmes. With The Enigma of Atlántida, Andrés Ruiz Tarazona, has written a book that envelops the reader in the captivating mystery of Atlantis. L'Atlántida, Jacint Verdaguer's poem, relates the mythological story of the submersion of Atlantis, which created the separation of Latin America from Spain by producing the Alantic Ocean. Subsequently, with the Spanish discovery of America, the two were again unified.
