All this and more passes through the mind of the young householder who discovers the body.  If only he knew the guy's name.  Or anybody's name.  Including his own... Fleeting Memory is the first of the Enescu Fleet novels, a mystery series celebrated for its quick wit and clever story lines. Memory was named to Kirkus Reviews' Best of 2011. The second in the series, Fleeting Glance, received a Kirkus starred review and was named to Kirkus' Best Books of 2013. Glance was also awarded a bronze medal in the 2014 Independent Book Publisher Awards. The Fleet books always revolve around a cultural theme and also contain a scholarly puzzle, or puzzles, related to that theme. They frequently include a celebrity appearance: legendary artist Thomas McKnight in Fleeting Glance and world-renowned violinist Rachel Barton Pine in Fleeting Note.
