What if dogs could talk? You might be surprised at what they'd say. In people world we call animals "pets". But what if dogs didn't know any better, and they did the same? What if, in dog world, people were the pets? What if dogs had personalities, likes and dislikes, favorite foods, favorite people, favorite music, favorite places? That might explain their seemingly erratic antics. Rock and his friends at the Hope Mills Municipal Dog Park are on a roll. And they don't intend to stop. It's way too much fun. These are the adventures of Rock the Mutt and his friends - some real, some imaginary - enjoying doggie life in Hope Springs, and their effect those close at hand, human and canine alike.
