Power of the Mountain was written in the 1950's but never published by my grandmother. She sent it to many publishers but she passed away before it was published and the funding was never available. This is the first of a 5 book novel series based on a family in Maine around the turn of the 19th century near Bar Harbour. The language and setting reflect the perception of that era of time as well. It is with great joy that I help my 100 year old mother fulfill her promise to her mother that she would get her book published. Graphics and design provided by her great grandson
