Avery Hemingsworth is a good Kansas girl, so when she finds that she has been accepted into the Foreign Exchange Student Program (FESP), she is more than ready to go. She leaves her quiet home town for Australia where she will live with the Arwin family for eleven months. There is a slight problem, she knows nothing of the family until she arrives at their home outside of the town Brookford. Avery instantly worries how her stay in Australia will go once she learns that the Arwin's have four sons, Chase, Blake, Josh, and Devin. She is faced with several challenges, and this good girl meets a bad world. Strange enough she has some secrets of her own.
