These papers present recent work on Hellenistic art, from Macedonia to northern India, with a particular focus on concepts of hybridisation and their contemporary usage. The evidence presented comes from a variety of sources: bullae, figurines, sculpture, ceramics, seals and trays. In architecture the major areas of temples, palaces and houses are covered. The material ranges from large-scale, ostensibly public, religious and royal contexts, to the administrative and the domestic.
