Cecil Goodrich Julius Dolmage (1870- 1908) was a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society; Member of the British Astronomical Association; Member of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific; Membre de la Societe Astronomique de France and Membre de la Societe Belge d'Astronomie. His most popular work - Astronomy of To-day: A Popular Introduction in Non-Technical Language - was first published in 1908 shortly before he died.
