Victor Lefebure
Victor Lefebure was a scientist and engineer. He was active in the Chemical Warfare Service during World War I. He was given the task of developing liaison between England and France in the field of chemical warfare. His works include: The Riddle of the Rhine: Chemical Strategy in Peace and War (1921), Chemical Warfare: The Possibility of its Control (1922), Scientific Disarmament (1931) and Common Sense About Disarmament (1932).
