Charlotte Kellogg
Charlotte Hoffman Kellogg (1864/1874- 1946/1960) was an American author; relief worker in Europe during World Wars I and II; and wife of Vernon Lyman Kellogg. Her husband was the Brussels director of the American Committee for Relief in Belgium during 1915 and 1916. Her works include: Women of Belgium: Turning Tragedy into Triumph (1917), Bobbins of Belgium: A Book of Belgian Lace, Lace-Workers, Lace- Schools and Lace-Villages (1920), Pacific Lights (1939) and Paderewski (1956).
