In writing Volume II, Counseling through the Healing Process: and a Child shall Lead Them, the sequel to My Soul is not Broken; I am Stronger than Ever, I had to think long and hard about the process that people go through (e.g. pain, heartaches, death, broken relationships, etc.) that occur in their lives. But, in thinking about these experiences, it is also important to think about how a person is able to 'keep going' despite obstacles, situations, or traumatic events. In this book, I discuss renewed situations in my life and the healing process. The other contributors in this book, through thematic stories, will talk about the following: (1) discuss a situation where his or her spirituality through religion has assisted him or her through a difficult time; (2) discuss the healing process; and (3) discuss concluding remarks regarding the situation by stating what inspired them to 'keep going' Miraculously and prayerfully, God led me away from situations that were not instrumental in my completing both of the books over the last seven years. God did this in a very simple way; He sent me the spirit of discernment that I needed to complete each book. Despite some negative forces that tried to impede this process, God assisted me in conquering these situations through my spiritual walk with Him.
