In the near future, the United States Government imposes a law requiring all citizens to be electronically marked, for their own safety. General Harold Sylke, and his army, will be given the task of enforcing the law. Michael Windsor, and his army, will take up the task of rebelling against the law. General Harold Sylke already dislikes Michael Windsor. What follows is the account of the men and women involved in an epic struggle to preserve the liberties they believe they are entitled to. The United States Government would call the coming conflict, a Police Action. The World would call it by a simpler name, Civil War.
