Onward Christian Road Warrior: Avoiding the Turbulence of the Adversary While Traveling Away from Home and Family

From time to time I contemplate about the possibility of putting my life on autopilot. A straight course from this life back to the presence of my Heavenly Father. What would life be like without the turbulence of the Adversary? The Adversary strategically selects the suitable time to create turbulence in our lives. He's most effective when we place ourselves in situations where the spirit is not present. Though He doesn't have the power to destroy our journey, He certainly has the ability to steer us off course. The direction we choose to travel is ultimately ours. I have yet to hear of an airplane tragedy that occurred while an aircraft was resting securely at the gate. It's not until the plane begins its journey that it becomes vulnerable to the surrounding elements. Like the airplane we too become more susceptible to the Adversary once we leave the sanctuary of our home.
This book is written for the benefit of all men and women whose careers take them away from their home and family. Through the author's own experiences, along with others, this book will instruct, inspire, enlighten and assist you in avoiding the turbulence of the Adversary, while traveling away from home and family.
