Walking Softly: a Collection of Mostly Gentle Walks in Sonoma County, California

This book describes level walks along the creeks and in the parks of Sonoma County, California. The writer, Sarah Cornelius, originated The Walking Class at Santa Rosa Junior College, where it is still taught.  This book is a result of that experience. At age 70 when arthritis became a factor, it was necessary to find level places to walk. We who live in Sonoma County are fortunate to have many such places, some in our Regional Parks, some along the many creeks of our county.
