President Ford's Executives Orders #11905 were meant to cease and desist the assassinations of foreign leaders. Was this a wise move, and did it really happen? The orders ended a secret and covet Black Chamber U. S. Shadow Government operation. The Black Chamber terminators were experts at displacements, and at creating vacuums in the universe. The purpose was to protect U. S. political and economic interest around the world. Then overnight, Executive Orders #11905 gave these young terminators their walking papers. They were suddenly put out to pasture, and unemployed without other career opportunities. What now could they put on their resume for an employer to hire them? No sweat! Foreign governments and corporations soon realized their value. Also, they quickly learned how to capitalize upon the dying, and find great profits within the terminally ill. They made good use of their expert skills by making profitable events appear as apparent suicides and apparent accidents.
