Although, the last century change was blink circumstances with white hate crime popping up from the eastern shore as far south as Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas. These crimes were incidents like slavery issues dating back to 1619, the first African American brought to Jamestown, Virginia. Further, there has been a hanging report, and one instance in Mississippi seemingly race related, the 21st Century (2000s). Racism has criss crossed the United States, and it has no boundary with incidents in the West and East of United States.
