Death threats at BLACKSTONE ACADEMY, a Japanese preparatory school north of New York City, are reported to Police Captain Paul Dominick. Dominick is asked to investigate at the school as an undercover cop in the guise of a teacher. Attacks on students and murderous intrigues against the Kato family convince Dominick that a dangerous situation is about to explode. As he races against time to save lives he finds that his prime suspects are instruments of a powerful cabal of Japanese ultra-nationalists, THE BLACK DRAGON SOCIETY. He has unknowingly stepped into the middle of nascent TERRORISM to be used by these fanatics as a tool in the proposed domination of Japan and ultimate reconquest of Japan's former empire.
