They walk on fours or upright if they desire for the purpose of associating with all of nature's creatures. They serve as physical links between all species. They are guardians. They are Purebloods. Purebloods have existed since the creation of nature. Folklore in every culture eludes to their presence. Most history books have been wiped clean of their truth, except for the oldest texts that chronicle their existence. These texts are too old to have been written by men. They were written long before our creation. Millions of years ago, Purebloods watched the rise and fall of the jinn kind, beings created from smokeless fire. The Purebloods silently kept their distance from the doomed jinn empires, that is, until the Char Wars when the jinn sought to throw out the Purebloods from their lands. The pureblood clans defended themselves from the insanity, in the process, nearly scorching the entire face of Mother Earth's great Pangaea. After came the humankind, just before Mother Earth cleaved her great continent into two divides. And with the coming of the humans came the appearance of the first demons. The Demon Wars are waged, motivating the first historical alliance between the human and pureblood species. How could they have known this savage battle would create the Vampire species as a consequence? Blood Wars were fought against the rise of the Vampires and their efforts to enslave humankind. The theatre was set for the birth of pureblood ideals used to establish the laws of the triangle. And from these laws, the conceptual Balance was born, recognizing the inalienable rights of the now three dominate species to coexist without threat of extermination or subjugation by the other.
