The Pursuit of the Valdakk

A spaceship is missing.

It belongs to the alien Tasak, and they have persuaded Anadar Tolarin, a minor league politician, to lead a recovery mission, but there are a few complications. The Valdakk is a warship, and evidently, it carries some secret weapon. The Tasak cannot explain exactly how this ship was lost, or what terrible cargo it contains, but they are convinced they know where it is. This peculiar spaceship has become the interstellar oracle for an obscure cult, but thatfs not Anadarfs real problem. The Valdakk does not want to be found.
