Toyota Motor Company is prepared to settle a potentially damaging and expensive law-suit involving a driver's death when the beneficiary tragically ends up dead. Ken and Sarah Bannister had a perfectly uneventful middle-class family life in suburbia before a heinous crime was uncovered, shocking a community and leaving the Tampa PD, its' crime lab and IT department scrambling for answers.
