Upon arrival, Ruth's brother, Caleb, caused her confidence in her decision to falter when he was not pleased to see Sarah arrive at the ranch. Hearing Caleb's angry rant to Ruth, Sarah was ready to head home. Through a strange, but funny, twist of events, Sarah ended up cooking for the family and ranch hands as she sorted out whether she would stay or if she would rush back to Virginia.
