Popeye is a nine-year-old dog who is special. Although he is blind, he views the world in full color. After he is adopted from the SPCA by a kindly woman, Popeye is happily welcomed by his fur siblings.



As he adjusts to his new home, Popeye sets off to find new friends. Along the way, he meets a girl who is recovering from cancer, a boy in a wheelchair, and a soldier who lost his arms in battle. As Popeye spreads unconditional love, hope, and understanding, he demonstrates that we are all special in our own ways.
