After being told by his wife that she and their children would be moving to Australia, Jack became sad and confused then with measured steps, he quietly climbed the stairs to his bed room and with tear filled eyes and broken heart, he loaded his pistol with four of the six bullets. Then Jack slowly pointed the pistol to the head of his wife...but the voice, which he alone heard, called his name three times- "JACK! JACK! JACK!"-and he remembered. Only Jack heard and recognized in his moment of despair that still, small voice, the voice that makes all the difference.
