Maria Morgan-Bathke, Ph. D., R. D., C. D. is an assistant professor of nutrition and dietetics and the director of the dietetic internship program at Viterbo University. She also conducts clinical research at Viterbo University and with the Mayo Clinic Endocrine Research Unit and provides weight loss counseling within the Mayo Clinic Endocrine Research Unit. Dr. Morgan-Bathke holds a Ph. D. in nutritional sciences from the University of Arizona, an M. B. A. with focus in international business and health care administration from Viterbo University, and completed her dietetic internship to become a registered dietitian through the Carondelet Health System in Tucson, Arizona.
