That would be fine if Ward Cleaver was your father; but Chuck Miller was no Ward Cleaver and his wife, Marjorie, was definitely no June Cleaver. The Miller girls grew up isolated, fearful, and ashamed. As the story opens, a murder trial threatens to expose all of the lies the Miller girls grew up protecting.
