Goldilocks has gotten a bum deal. Let's face it, she gets a few pages in fairy-tale history and is dropped. We hear her story, file it away with Rub-a-dub-dub, and quickly run to the damsels. You know, those pretty, tragic or helpless girls who need a prince to rescue them from the woes of the world. This leaves Goldilocks with her independence and perceived crime spree in the cottage of too hard, too soft and just right. We explore the journey of Goldilocks and discover why she was in the woods and just how she manages to survive her encounters with the Three Bears. We see the world through Goldilocks's eyes and journey with her as she learns how to exist in a world for which she is completely unprepared. From banishment to finding a place her heart can live, we experience her growth as she learns to appreciate life and love. A story rich in symbolism, fantasy, adventure and humor laced together in a tale of cursed romance.
