Nino's Last

This book is a collection of the writings by Justice Antonin "Nino" Scalia in his final months as Associate Justice of the U. S. Supreme Court. Terms of the U. S. Supreme Court begin the first Monday of October and Justice Scalia died February 13, 2016, near the middle of the 2015 term Most of the cases for this term were yet to be decided. We are left with what has been written. In these final case opinions we get our final taste of Scalia's flair for the written word and the language of the law. Only the future citations know where these precedents may lead.
