Following a catastrophic accident with the mark 10 Hadron Collider Europe now occupies a slightly different reality to the rest of the world(what else is new) The planet is now a chimera of the two realities, in Europe revenants (the whole range) are now an everyday fact and society has integrated in varying degrees. Many things are topsy-turvy, armaments firms now maintain an effective but slightly shaky peace, England has well respected Werewolf Scout packs and many families have a mixed human/revenant background. Into this happily evolving new society come two fundamentalist organisations, The Human League and the Draculians, both hankering after the 'good old days', there are Chinese agents( the new world superpower) after stealing European technology secrets, and American tourists who must get home before two years in Europe or become Zombies, and on top of all this electricity and explosives DO NOT WORK in Europe, so its a steam-punk society.
