Meg agrees to make a doctor's appointment to check out a troubling health issue. In return, Rachel vows she will finally hire someone to help her build her garage. Meg's trip to the doctor reveals a troubling diagnosis. As she relies on Rachel to get through the tough times ahead, she is also forced to face her feelings for one of her other closest friends, Tony.



Rachel's promise puts her in the orbit of an old boyfriend, Ken. Unfortunately, he comes with a loaded past that the couple may not be able to overcome. Rachel thinks she needs to stop wondering "what if" and make a fresh start with someone new.
