Anthony Trollope was one of the great English writers of the famous Victorian era. Trollope wrote the classic Chronicles of Barsetshire novels as well as The Way We Live Now, a satirical novel that is often ranked as one of the finest in Victorian era literature. Cousin Henry is a novel that centers around the will of an elderly squire. The squire's lone male blood relative is Henry Jones, a man who has never made a good impression on him which leads to much indecision and unfortunate events.
