Welcome to the Trap (Ped) House Barbara Lagrandier

Barbara has been an emergency medical technician in New York for almost a decade and gets so much joy from helping others. Her work opened her eyes to her own internal struggles. Mental health has been gaining increased national attention as it should. These series of poems are an insight into one persons struggle with the ups and downs of their own mental health, with the hope that the simplicity and sincerity of this body of work can not only reach but affect and inspire people to put self-care at the forefront of their lives.
