Sam Harvest is a big fish in the tiny pond of small college soccer. That pond quickly evaporates as Sam is relieved of his duties at the University of Indianapolis. Sam's wife relocates to London and Sam follows her, completely unaware of her true intentions for the trip. Sam's life soon spins out of control, but he receives the chance of a lifetime to manage an English football club. He latches onto the offer and hopes for some sense of normalcy even though Sam believes that the job may overwhelm him. Then the quest for a championship transforms into a magical run for Addington FC. In the meantime, Sam's personal life goes through turbulence as he tries to discover what he wants in this new life. He realizes he will have to avoid the errors of his past to achieve something even greater than a title or trophies in his quest; becoming a legend in Addington.
