Pastor Josias Madistin is working to see a revolution of the Gospel for men and women with anointing and formation to transform the lives of people. This book is intended for pastors, aspiring pastors, leaders and aspiring leaders of the churches, and for any talent in the church. Pastor Josias Madistin is the son of the late Pastor Marillien Madistin. His father served 54 years in ministry before going home to be with the Lord. Pastor Madistin has been awarded a diploma in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Applied Sciences in Haiti. He is a graduate of the Ministerial Internship Program at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. Pastor Madistin is presently pastor of the Church of God of Elim in Lantana, Florida, and he travels frequently to proclaim the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In these pages, he reveals the mechanisms for a better organization of the work of the Master because he believes this generation can do better for God.
