BJ was born an innocent little Shih-Tzu puppy on a farm with his family, until he is suddenly taken away from all that he loves and thrown into the cruel world of humans. Join BJ as he tries to find his way back to his beloved farm and family but ends up going from home to home and from one name to another, looking for that one person that will love him and give him a good home. BJ quickly learns that the world is not all roses, as he endures much abuse to find his forever home. It seems as though BJ will never find love. Then one day something extraordinary happens that changes everything for BJ. He is in an accident and has an NDE. He is told that he must come back to earth for a specific purpose; to help a man that he has never met.
