Ryan Pulley is a Missional Community trainer, and leader at Liberty Church in Fairfield, CA. He holds a MA theology from Cypress Bible College in Van, Texas. Ryan is an evangelist, and missionary to Russia and the Philippines. And after spending over 15 years of his life in prison Ryan has become an authority on personal, and community transformation. Ryan is married with a wife, son and dog living in Vacaville, CA.
