The little fieldmouse was jumping up and down with joy in a field, when a lady out walking in the countryside came across him. Little fieldmouse why are you so happy today ? The little fieldmouse told the lady that he was going to visit the rainbow at 2 o clock. The little fieldmouse had written a letter to the rainbow chiefs; Berry, Petal, Stem, Blade Leaf, Clover, and Bud asking if he could visit the rainbow. They replied that he could visit at 2 o clock today. But before I go I must go home and eat my dinner and say goodbye to my family, the little fieldmouse told the lady. With that the little fieldmouse skipped and hopped through the field until he went out of sight in the long grass.
