John Meade Falkner
The Lost Stradivarius is a ghost story written by John Meade Falkner. The action centers around a Stradivarius violin which seems to have mysterious powers. John Meade Falkner was an English novelist and poet. Falkner was also a successful businessman who became the chairman of an arms manufacturer during World War I. Today Falkner is best known for his novels Moonfleet, The Lost Stradivarius, and The Nebuly Coat.
