With the power of the mineral Endurium, travel between the stars is a reality. Humanity has spread far and wide, encountering other races and the riches sown in the sky. Life on the fringes isn't easy though. Colonists, scoundrels, and space pirates abound, each trying to make their way. At the edge of space there is an alien race much removed from the human sphere. They have a legend: The Legend of "Una Tesara," a fabled planet said to circle a black star and hold wealth unimaginable. A planet supposedly made entirely out of Endurium and guarded by a starbeast. No one knows if the legend is true, but many have lost their lives searching for it... Veronica Darkwater is a down-on-her-luck bounty hunter stuck on a po-dunk planet.
