Professor Klutz is a full-time instructor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Alabama. In addition to teaching, he serves as the internship and advising director. Prior to his academic career, Professor Klutz worked with the Center for Commercialization of Advanced Technology, a consortium of public and private institutions whose mission is to facilitate the transfer of first responder technologies available at the federal level to state and local governments.
