Med has led a sheltered life. All she's ever known is the small town of Soliopolis. The many mentors that have been sent to cultivate her powers trained her well enough but she's still restricted from reaching her full potential. For example, what does it truly mean to be a Dark Angel?




Weighed down by a growing pit of anxiety in her stomach, Med embarks on a journey to become a full-blown Mystic, a part of the Mystian magical task force. Although she's a mage with great potential, she still experiences imposter syndrome. Being part of a team is a completely new dynamic for Med. When a long dormant threat to Mystian comes along, she's forced to kick her Mystic skills into high gear.




In Warren Dotson's New Light, society is at risk of collapse. Med, Cyset, Jacks, Scratch, Dixie, and Shade band together to track down the powers of darkness. They must subdue this ancient power of evil before the very fabric of their world gets torn apart.
