"Ek samay ki baat hai" is a colorful journey of a little girl hansa, who hails from himalayan foothills, Land of the Gods - Uttarakhand. Hansa, a keen little girl, with full of life and desire finds herself deeply connected to the roots and village. The mighty Himalayas, divine landscapes, pine and deodar trees, untold stories from grandparents and unforgettable events of her childhood has left a long lasting impressions on her mind.

Hansa along with his brother lived on handful of towns and villages of Uttarakhand and crafted countless memories and experiences throughout. She came across with number of circumstances which uncovers the truths, mysteries and facts of village and the people around.

Her journey goes through a roller coaster ride with full of adventures, wild jungle walks, explorations, new discoveries, mysteries, encounter with wild animals and ghosts.

Wrapped up together with the essence of culture, nature, village and its tough life, these eighteen stories depicts the different shades of hansa's childhood.
