There is a weeping willow tree in a dark wood in the Magic Wonderland of Whispered Wishes. Children can visit this magic land in their dreams, and if the wind blows through the willow tree's branches, children's whispered wishes can be granted. Twins, William and Wendy make a wish, which is granted. However, Wayne's wish is not granted. The reason becomes clear, as does the moral of the story.
