Syndicate of Death
James a Bacca
AJ Conti and his friend narrowly escape death from a drive-by shooting orchestrated by a band of rogue cops.
AJ travels to Albuquerque to help an old friend, District Court Judge Mac McDunn. Mac received threatening notes telling him to quash a civil rights trial against the city surrounding the beating of a man by Albuquerque police officers. The last note blamed Mac for the plaintiff's death after Mac ruled in his favor. Shortly after, the attorney for the plaintiff was also murdered.
A group of rogue cops nicknamed "The Syndicate" execute a fellow officer close to exposing them, along with torturing and killing several witnesses and drug dealers. Even a city councilwoman and federal agents become targets.
After the drive-by shooting, AJ realizes force is his only option. Dismantling The Syndicate one member at a time proves risky... and dangerous.
